Do I need a product photo?
The product route starts with your photo. For a service, business, event, experience, app or website, you can start with a brief and add reference images when useful.
Can I review the script before generating?
Yes. Khuluma writes from your brief, then you can edit the script. Story ads also let you review concepts and the scene-by-scene storyboard.
What do I get when my ad is ready?
Your finished video, plus private email links to the available editing assets and a ZIP. Download links last seven days; request fresh links from My ads.
What if a generation fails?
Failed video generations are queued for a credit refund. A new version or scene retake has its own quote; review that cost before proceeding.
